We offer a four stage management cycle which allows us to efficiently manage any construction assignment providing a complete office refurbishment and furniture service.


Stage 1: Pre-contract Briefing
- Liase with client on objectives and aims of project
- Preparation of initial project budgets
- Project management team assigned
- Project designers briefed
- Advise the client on contractor selection

Stage 2: Pre-site Programming
- Preparation of tender documents
- Establish criteria for preferred suppliers tendering
- Managing tender process of local contractors
- Co-ordination of tender receipt and opening
- Detailed tender analysis and recommendation
- Compilation and issue of contract documents to client and contractors
- Finalising budgets, agreeing costs and programme

Stage 3: On-site Co-ordination
- Our Project manager controls implementation of design and programme
- Our Specialist Contracts Managers oversee and control the smooth running operations of appointed contractors and suppliers on site
- Implementation of Health and Safety procedures
- Quality control to ensure the highest standards of workmanship
- Regular progress report to the client

Stage 4: Post-site Completion
- Finalising of hand-over
- Issue Final Account
- Presentation of Project O&M manuals
- Delivering the project on time and within budget
