When you start a business, money is tight and once you have your own office, you will no doubt feel like you have really made it.  However, after only a couple of years the chances are that the office décor is likely to need an update and the office furniture you started with will need replacing.

To expand your business and be really successful, you need to make sure the office looks the part.  In times like these, however, you need to use every penny wisely and get the most for your budget.

Start by planning everything as the importance of this cannot be emphasised enough.  Have an idea of the colours you want to use and the way the office desks and chairs should be to suit the way your staff uses them.

No matter how tempting it might be and how low the price, it is a false economy if you purchase chairs that are not fully adjustable.  If an employee is comfortable and has the right level of back support then research has shown that not only will they be healthier and happier, they will also be more productive.

Consider the sort of office desks you need and how much drawer space they should have.  Try to foresee the new office to help your plan.
