Aging office furniture?

In the past, one way to save money for a company has been to economise on office furniture.  Many office desks when you look around an office have been scratched and bear the mark of past workers.  In order to keep staff happy whilst improving the company profile, it might be a good idea to consider changing this old marked chairs and desks for more modern, professional looking office furniture.
